COUNTRY AT THE MERC

Presented by GaS Productions

Country music is alive and well in Temecula and you"re gonna LOVE what you hear. Have you ever wondered how LeAnn Rimes, Garth Brooks, Taylor Swift or Toby Keith got started? The producers of "Temecula Live!" have modeled COUNTRY AT THE MERC after the local "Oprys" throughout Arizona, Texas and the Southwest.

Performers are auditioned to appear each week, backed up by the house band, The Ranch Rockers, giving local talent and budding artists a place to ply their craft and fill the air with hand clapping, boot stomping music.

Every Saturday night we're playing LIVE country music in the frontier heart of Old Town Temecula in the historic Mercantile building. In a venue big enough to hold powerful sound yet small enough to make you think you're at a private concert, Gwyn, Sandi & The Ranch Rockers host a variety of performers and musicians giving it their all.

COUNTRY AT THE MERC is the only show of its kind on the West Coast. Forget about a long, expensive trip to Nashville or Branson to experience great country music. Stay right here!

Performances: Every Saturday at 7pm and 9pm*

Tickets: $15

*Due to mature subject matter, parental discretion is advised at 9pm performances only.

AUDITIONS: Think you got what it takes to be a performer on the show? Join us any Saturday night between shows at 8:30 and give it your best shot! Audition with only your voice or bring a karaoke track or guitar. Those wishing to audition can also email audition@temeculalive.org

CLASSICS AT THE MERC

The Golden Valley Music Society, the region"s premier classical music presenter, joins with the Old Town Temecula Community Theater in hosting this Sunday series, Classics at The Merc.

Most Sunday afternoons, join us in The Merc for chamber performances by the region's best professional musicians. The intimate setting of The Merc allows the audience and musicians to interact with each other so you can learn about the musicians, their instruments, their careers, and the music they perform.
